GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Before using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering a Player Account with the website you agree and confirm your consent with the Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions entered into force on October 23, 2023, updated on October 14, 2024. onluck.com is owned and operated by Bets Entertainment N.V., registration number: 155648(0), registered address: Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, CuraĎao. onluck.com is licensed and regulated by Curaçao Gaming Control Board to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/1178/0479 in accordance with the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (Landsverordening buitengaatse hazardspelen, P.B. 1993, no. 63) (NOOGH). You are required to read them before you start using the services of the Casino. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not allowed to use the services of the Casino.
3. The website www.onluck.com is operated by Nitouka Limited, a company registered and established under the laws of Cyprus under reg. No. HE 390640 with its registered address at Atho 6, Flat 401, Agioi Omologites, 1087 Nicosia, Cyprus, as a EU-EEA Representative of licensed entity Bets Entertainment N.V.
4. These Terms and Conditions apply to the usage of the Games through www.onluck.com ("Casino", "Website", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") through related enabling internet, mobile or other platforms by you ("You", "Player" or "Player Account").
5. Only the English version of these Terms & Conditions shall have legal effect. We provide non-English versions of Terms & Conditions for informational purposes only. Accordingly, should there be any discrepancies between the English version and non-English editions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao exclusively.
7. It is the player's sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction for online gambling.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WHO CAN PLAY

This includes all of the named Nations' Territories and Possessions.
The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that player breaches this Restricted Countries policy.
Availability of games
Please bear in mind some games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions, as required by the policies of game providers which may change from time to time.
We can not guarantee that any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses, which the player as the resident of the restricted by the master holder of the license, software, and payments providers countries have gained or accrued using any means of encrypted connections over the Internet from their devices to a network with the purpose to falsify their geolocation, would not be forfeited and may not be reclaimed by us on demand. DORMANT ACCOUNTS
An inactive (dormant) Account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for 12 (twelve) consecutive months. If your Player Account is deemed to be inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of USDT 10 or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your Account, if less) as long as the balance of your Account remains positive.
You authorize the Casino to debit this fee from your Player Account at the beginning of the month following the day on which your Account is deemed inactive, and on the beginning of every subsequent month that your Player Account remains inactive. The Casino will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is reactivated.

FEES AND TAXES
- You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to your winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of your residence. In addition, if your deposits or withdrawals must be charged with fees, you are fully responsible for paying them.
GAME RULES
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you know and understand the rules of the games offered on the Website. It is at your discretion to familiarise yourself with the theoretical payout percentage of each game.
DEPOSIT INTO ACCOUNT
1. The gaming account can be replenished in any way available at the Casino website at the time of replenishment. The maximum amount of deposit depends on the KYC policy and the payment method you decide to use and will appear when choosing the payment method.

6. WITHDRAWALS FROM THE ACCOUNT
1. Withdrawal from the gaming account can be made in any way available at the Casino website at the time of replenishment.
2. The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold any refund or withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity. 13. 14. The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) for Visa and via Payment Transfer for Mastercard. Please note that even in supported countries the Website cannot guarantee successful credit card payment processing in all cases, since banks issuing credit cards may block or reject such transactions at their own discretion.
15. The internal operating currency of the Website is Euro (EUR). Due to this fact, in case you make transactions in other currencies, the amount deducted from your credit card may be insignificantly higher than displayed at the time of transaction due to currency conversions on the side of your bank and/or the Casino's payment processing system.
16. You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of The Casino.
17. The casino shall not be held responsible for the transfer of client's funds in case the client mistakenly indicates the wrong wallet number or wallet network, or any other payment details whatsoever while depositing crypto or fiat.
We are not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interests, and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.
REFUND
1. If you would like to make a refund, please contact our support team via email or live chat.
2. To check the refund, you must provide these documents:
- photos of both sides of your passport, driver's license, or any other form of ID,
- proof of address (proof of address would need to be a photo of a paper document posted to you in the last 90 days, it could be e.g. a government-issued document, a bank document, a bill, or similar.
Alternatively, you can upload the original PDF of a utility bill, or a bank statement (showing your name and account number if you haven't uploaded it as a proof of address).
3. It may take up to 7 business days for a refund to be decided.
4. If a refund is decided upon, the amount of the refund shall be returned to the Playerâs account, the Player shall be informed and the procedure shall be finalized within 48 hours after the decision has been made.
5. If you have funded your account with a Credit Card we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as refunds against the purchases you have made. USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT
Each player is allowed to create only one (1) personal account.
Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead to termination of all such accounts. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.
Any returns, winnings or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
1. The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilises various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to: participating in any type of collusion with other players, fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers, chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made, creating two or more accounts, other types of cheating, or becomes a bankrupt in the country of their residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Player Account and suspend and/or cancel all payouts to the player. The Casino reserves the right to close your Account and to refund to you the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino's absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice The Casino reserves the right to retain payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s) who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. TERMS OF THE BONUS POLICY

GAMBLER RESPONSIBILITY
- The Gambler confirms that they are not a Casino employee or a relative of a Casino employee.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Casino service is provided solely for entertainment purposes.
The Casino service is provided "as is". The Casino is not responsible for service mismatch to the Gambler's purposes and/or ideas on how such a service should be provided.
The Casino shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, poor communication and other problems that have arisen on the part of the Gambler.
The Casino undertakes to correct all faults in the service as soon as possible, but does not guarantee their absence.
The Casino reserves the right to carry out preventive work in its software and hardware suite with a temporary suspension of the service.
In the event of force majeure, accidents and failures in the software and hardware suites of third parties cooperating with the Casino or the actions of third parties aimed at suspension or termination of operation of the Casino, the Casino operation can be suspended and all current bets canceled.

COMPLAINTS
In case you happen to have any complaints regarding our services, please contact our support team via email or live chat.
Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated in the organisation of the Casino in the case that support personnel did not solve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.
If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website.
In the event of any dispute, you agree that the server logs and records shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. NON TRANSFERABILITY
- You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person.
